Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
We'll provide a return address. Use a tracked postage method.
We'll inspect your return within 7 working days and confirm eligibility by email.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bespoke or custom-sized garments made to your measurements
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Sale items (unless faulty)
